Before accessing or using any part of our photography & creative studio, facilities, equipment, furniture, or other materials therein (collectively, the “Studio”), you should read carefully the following policies and rules as they govern your access and use of our studio and all services, tools, materials, equipment or information related thereto and other aspects of our business relationship. These terms are so important that we cannot provide our studio and services to you unless you agree to them. By using our studio’s, you are agreeing to these rules and policies. LENGTH OF USE Your reservation time begins promptly at the designated starting time and ends promptly at the designated ending time. Rental time must include set up, break-down, and clean up. There is no early access, You’ll be granted access to the studio 5min before your start time. The studio must be cleaned, returned to its natural condition and vacated by the end of the designated rental period. ON SITE STUDIO ASSISTANT Great for those with inexperienced production studio know-how or just need an extra hand on set. You can add a Studio Assistant add on service upon booking for $20/hr. Our knowledgeable staff can help assist with essential production support to make your project a success. Assistance includes – Lighting Setup – Great for those who are inexperienced with studio lighting or just need help using strobe (flash photography) lighting. Extra Hand – Our knowledgeable staff can assist with moving furniture, equipment, props.. Camera Support – Our knowledgeable staff can help you with ensuring you're using the right camera settings/functions to maximize usability and get the best out of your camera/studio and lights during your session. Background/Backdrop Support – Studio comes with complimentary Black,White and Beige backdrops. Change or use of our available color backdrops is only available with studio assistant service. You can have an unlimited number of backdrop changes. OVERTIME FEES There is a 5 min grace period for overtime after which overtime fees will accrue at 2x the hourly rental rate billed in 30 minutes increments if you and any member of your party are still in the studio. You will be billed overtime fees beyond the 5min grace period with your payment method with peer space. There will be NO exemptions to this. EXTRA TIME We are often reserved with back to back sessions, we recommend guests to reserve adequate and ample session time when booking as we can not guarantee availability for extension if renter decides to extend during the session. If available however, guests may request to extend reservation prior to designated end time. CLEANING & DAMAGE Guests are responsible for the acts and omissions of and all individuals and others in the reservation. Guests agree that they’ll return the studio in a satisfactory, clean as found condition. Hard to clean objects and particles i.e glitter, confetti, smash cakes are not permitted in the Studio without approval and written consent from the studio. Guests agree that guest and anyone in guests party will not make any repairs, replacements, changes, additions, improvements or alterations to the Premises. Guest agrees to leave the studio and all contents in the same condition as they were when guest arrived and return everything including furniture equipment props etc to its as-found position. We’ll dispose of trash collected and put in the supplied trash cans only. Any actions that lead to excessive cleaning will result as damage and damage fees may apply. The furnishings provided in The Studio are in good and working condition. Guests agree immediately to inspect the studio and all furnishings and equipment upon arrival. If the studio, any furnishings or equipment is damaged or not in working order at the time of such inspection, Renter must take a photo evidencing such existing damage or condition contacting the host in the first 15 mins of the reservation. If no such notification is received within the appropriate time-frame, it is presumed that The Studio and all furnishings and equipment are in good working order free from damage. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Guest is responsible for risk of loss, theft, damage or destruction to the Studio and the contents therein. Renter agrees to pay for any repair costs for damage to or loss of equipment, furniture, or the Studio caused by Renter or Renter’s party. RULES AND REGULATIONS No smoking whatsoever is allowed in the studio. Projects involved with smoke have to get studio representatives' written consent. Music is to be kept at reasonable levels. Studio is not soundproof. Studio representatives may adjust volume(s) accordingly at sole discretion. No one will be admitted who is under the influence of alcohol or any illegal substances. No weapons are permitted on our premises. No pets allowed without prior consent of The Studio. All small and/or hard to clean materials (confetti, hair cutting, feathers, food products, body paint, etc.) require written approval. Extra fee may apply. WAIVER OF LIABILITY Use of the Studio's premises and equipment is at renter’s risk. Renter hereby agrees that The studio will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damage, injury or loss to renter, his or her party and or possessions while on the premises. SECURITY/VIDEO MONITORING All persons and activity on the studio's premises may be video recorded for security usage and check/check out monitoring. Cameras in the studio including outside door camera and studio area cameras. Camera are on but only record when there's a security breach. CONDUCT The Studio maintains a clean and professional environment. Guest shall be solely responsible for the conduct and welfare of all persons accompanying guest’s reservation while on the studio’s premises.If a studio representative observes or otherwise becomes aware of destructive, dangerous, pornographic, illegal or negligent practices or activities, The studio’s representative reserves the right to stop the session and may require guest and guest’s party to leave immediately. In such case(s) no refund and or fee’s will will be given/refunded for unused session time. However, The studio and its representatives assume no responsibility to act in such cases. INSURANCE No Production insurance necessary.

Furniture cannot be removed from the building but you're welcome to move furniture and accessories around inside the studio according to your needs and use. Please return all equipment and furniture to as found conditions and placements accordingly.
