About the Space

Our space is available for your next creative film/ photo project - ideal location for fashion and product photography. Great unconventional space to support independent artists. Our window ledge can also serve as a stage. We have a private restroom on the main level along with a sink to the rear of the space which is great for culinary or beauty events. Seating can be offered at an extra cost. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, we have limited the amount of standing and seated guests. PLEASE MESSAGE US WITH ANY QUESTIONS!

Parking description

Metered parking is available in front of the building and the adjacent streets. Metered Parking is free on Sundays and after 6pm on weekdays and Saturdays.

Lighting description

What are the windows like? We have a front display window, with the brightest light. The back of our space has limited natural light. How can the natural light be controlled? A simple window cover or temporary curtain will suffice. What times of the day are the brightest? From 7am to 1pm are the brightest times of the day.

Space is not soundproof

Ambient noise description

Can you hear neighbors? The street is pretty quiet. You may hear the tenants upstairs but with notice, they are respectful of sound. Are you on a busy street? No Any noise from appliances or AC? Very slightly from our HVAC.

Equipment loading description

Is there a loading zone? No. Enter from the front, ground floor entrance. Does the entrance require a ramp? No. There is one small step into the building. Do loading trucks need to be moved? There is commercial parking directly in front of the building. All other spaces are metered.

Private bathroom and one small fitting room.

All rooms are available for shooting

Shooting the exterior of the building is allowed

Electrical system description

What is the power rating of the space? Not sure. How many outlets? Where are they? Plenty throughout the space. Where is the circuit breaker? In the space.

Production insurance is required

We actually welcome small production businesses that may not have it. But if you ruin it or break it, you buy it. No exceptions!

Furniture and decorations may be moved

Can furniture be removed from the building? Yes, if you have secure place to move it to. Can wall decorations be removed? Yes, aside from our business logos. Those are affixed to the walls.

No smoke machines allowed

No nudity allowed

Security cameras and recording devices

We have video surveillance throughout the common areas of the space. They cannot be turned off under any circumstance.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

Our teams have been trained on proper COVID-19 guidelines/prevention and maintains a daily checklist for routine cleaning on an hourly basis. All team members have daily temperature screening. All high-touch surfaces are cleaned/sanitized with medical grade cleaning supplies.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Hand Sanitizer
Disposable gloves
Disposable masks / face coverings

The space has the following features:

Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance

Yes, I would book again.

This space is amazing. The attention to detail makes it the perfect place for intimate gatherings/events. I hosted a sister circle with 9 people total in attendance and we fit comfortably. Everyone in attendance commented on how beautiful the space is. Although it is a storefront, so many of the elements of the space make it feel like home, which is the exact vibe I was looking for. I love it! Sola is great! She was an amazing help during my event and always has amazing, welcoming energy. I would absolutely rent this space again.
