All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Attached to a full gym with weights + fitted with a full boxing ring, get those tough shots you need with ease. Features: - Full sized Boxing Ring - About 10-12 full sized punching bags - Attached full kitchen - 2 bathrooms attached - Enough parking for 40 cars - Weights/pull up-bars, etc We are now available for bookings. Welcoming all motion pictures, movie shoots, photo shoots, music video productions, and general productions.

Parking description

General Rules

- Guests must maintain standard general liability insurance of $1 million and show proof. We will inform you of the name to add as an additional insured on the policy. - Guests must sign a contract which will be provided via e-mail at booking. Price: Full day (8 HRS) - $2,800 *Any additional hour will be charged at $350/hr*

All ages are allowed in the space

Security cameras and recording devices

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
