New Gorgeous Event Space located in Manayunk. Our event space can be used for many different things. Small events, filming, rehearsals, workshops, meetings, film release, photoshoots and much and more. The space is bi-level with 2 bathrooms and a kitchenette area. The building is handicap accessible. We are located in the Manayunk/Roxborough section of Philadelphia with the Septa Routes 9, 27, and 65 in front of the building and routes 61 a few short blocks away. We offer tables, chairs and a bluetooth speaker. We fit 30 guest seating and 40 standing. *Paint Parties are also available. RULES: No smoking allowed on premises or devices that cause smoke. No music after 11:00 pm. Security deposit is $150 and will be refunded after final walk through. Security deposit will be revoked is there is any sign of smoking, confetti/glitter on the premises. A security deposit is due before each event via Cashapp or Venmo. *NO PETS -Security deposit will be revoked

Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Kimberly was very responsive, kind and also very accommodating. She even helped me work out last minute scheduling changes with my brother's wedding. This was the perfect sized space for an intimate wedding. Handicap accessible bathroom (very nice) and ramp entrance was helpful. If you are going to use all the tables, make sure you keep the crowd size at no more than 40/50 people as advertised-that way everyone can be comfortable.
