About Baker Building

17' x 17x photography studio in the heart of North Portland. Plenty of natural light, available furnished or unfurnished. White walls and ceiling with grey flooring. East facing windows. Couch, chairs, stools, clothing rack, 2 full length mirrors, extension cords, and wifi. Two restrooms just down the hall. The space works particularly well for portrait photography, interviews, model shoots, product shoots, maternity photos, engagement photos.

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Yes, I would book again.

The owner was so friendly. Very easy booking and awesome communication. There is a smaller room and another side that is a ballroom with a kitchen side. It is spacious. I would definitely recommend the space.
