About the Space
1500 sq ft. Dance studio and event space with wall to wall mirrors,a cute modern style lobby, AC, and sound system. Available for production, photo shoots, events, and workshops. Convenient parking and loading/unloading at street level directly in front of building. There will be an on-site manager present during the booking.
General Rules
No smoking inside the building. No drugs.
No loitering in the parking lot. Remove all trash and personal items by the end of the booking.
Leave space in same condition you found it.
There is an additional fee of $30/hr for after hours (-anything past 10 pm)

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
