  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

Classic 1950s house with original fixtures and light upgrades. Situated at the end of the cul-de-sac up on a hill with great views of downtown Glendale & Griffith Park. At the top of the hill you can see the San Fernando Valley. Open and large living room opens up to covered patio that spans most of the house. Kitchen has dark cabinets with original mint-colored tile. The front of the house features a red brick stairway leading up to the house. Master bedroom & guest bedrooms are available and both have ensuite bathrooms that can be used as make-up/dressing rooms. We also have a little "farm" area off the side of the garage. We have a custom-built chicken coop. (Currently only has one chicken - Elsie). PARKING: there is one parking at the top of the driveway and one at the bottom. One mid-size truck can park in front of our house and other cars can park along Glenoaks and Verdugo. We ask that you do not park any other cars on our street to be courteous to our neighbors so we can continue to provide this space with no issues. NOTES: *Price shown is the base rate and is subject to change based on final scope of the project/event. *If your event falls outside available times, please message us and we'll review on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellation Policy

Grace period
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
