Our main space can seat 150 and could be used for lectures, board meetings, creative meetings, presentations, speakers panels, interviews, recording, etc. For catered events that require tables, there is room for 100 people. We'd love to host your next off-site meeting! Space Details: • Metered Street Parking • Parking Garages in area • 3 Restrooms • Sound System (add-on) • Projector + Screen (add-on) • Street Level • Outside Food & Beverage Allowed (with permission from host) • Stage + Lighting (with permission from host) • Wireless Mics (add-on) Prices: ● $200.00/hour (two-hour minimum for preparation and/or main event). ● $150 cleaning fee

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
