With multiple parking garages near the venue, our guests typically find it easy to find parking for the various events held at our venue.

Please respect and treat the facility with care. Food and drinks are allowed only after approval (see 3. for alcohol). Although we do not expect excessive cleaning, we would appreciate you clean up after any mess, put back any items used, replace furniture or set pieces to their original location and sweep if there are excessive debris. If our staff is on site, we will make sure our staff stays out of your way. We appreciate your patronage and will treat your business and associates with courtesy and respect. We do not allow any smoking or drugs inside the premises. We allow alcohol on premises with prior approval. You are responsible for ensuring the legal age of those participating. No pets. Building Safety/Security: ● Live Person(s) shall be at the front doors for the duration of the event for security purposes. ● No one is allowed anywhere upstairs and in any of the rooms located in the basement level of the building unless renting those additional spaces. ● Back door entrance/exit is not permitted. Event Schedule: ● Event shall start as scheduled and end as scheduled. Any variation of the agreed upon scheduled will result in extra rental fees. ● Security walk through/inspection will be conducted after the event is complete. ● Final property and equipment inspection will be conducted within 48 hours after the event. Payment/ Collection of Extra Fees: ● All payment will be processed per Peerspace policy. ● Security Deposit will be returned to lessor within 5-7 business days after event only if there are no missing items or damaged property determined during final inspection. ● Extra fees accrued will be processed & requested via Peerspace. Miscellaneous Items: ● Restrooms may be used for changing rooms. We cannot allow use of classrooms or other rooms in the basement without permission. ● No linens are provided for tables. ● No nails, tacks or tape on walls or railings. ● No live candles are permitted (please use battery operated candles). ● No tape on chairs except that which can be easily removed—no duct tape.
