COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
We get the places cleaned and de sanitized before and after each booking by professional cleaners. We get the place cleaned professionally before and after each booking.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from the CDC
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer

About the Space
Recently renovated three bedrooms/3bathroom in a beautiful neighborhood of Buena Vista/Corona Heights. There is a garden in the back as well. Plenty of space to store equipment. This neighborhood and house has been used several time for Movie, TV shows.

Free two hours street parking and feel all day parking on Buena Vista Blvd, cross Duboce.
General Rules
1. Please call owner Denise with your estimated time of arrival and when you’re on your way to the house
2. Drop the keys inside the house from the mail slot.
3. Only the confirmed number of guests are allowed on the property. We do not allow more than 2 guests at any time. We do not allow big parties on the property.
4. Be considerate to your new neighbors! Quiet hours are from 9 pm to 8 am, during which time the noise from the home shall not unreasonably disturb adjacent neighbors. The sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries during non-quiet hours shall not be more excessive than would be otherwise associated with a residential area. Your new neighbors are intolerant of noise and will call the Police if you have parties or make loud noises. If the Police are called we may lose our permit to do vacation rentals; you will be immediately evicted, will lose your damage deposit, and may be held liable for consequential damages.
5. Amplified sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries is prohibited.
6. Vehicles shall be parked on the street.
7. This unit comes equipped with high-speed wireless Internet Access. The name is Luna and the passcode is Nantes01. In case of a power outage, the house phone will not operate. If you have not rented the entire house you will be sharing the phone use with the other guests.
8. Clean any spills up immediately. Do not cut Pineapple or any citrus directly on the granite countertops, use dishware or cutting board provided.
9. Do not walk with high heels.
10. Do not flush sanitary products, toilet papers down the toilets or put food down the garbage disposal.
11. Switch off lights and fans while out to conserve energy.
12.No Smoking in the unit.
13. Trash collection is Friday early morning. Help keep SF beautiful by recycling. Recycling trash cans have been provided for this purpose.
14. Follow these Checkout Procedures to Avoid an Extra Cleaning Fee. If you plan to check out early, please call the owner. Remove the bed sheet and leave on the floor.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
