This studio is a vibrant, exciting & versatile 2300 sqft multi-use event space that can be rented furnished or empty. Located high above the hustle & bustle on Connecticut Ave in the heart of Dupont Circle you won't have to worry about loud music from your event disturbing the neighbors. The location is conveniently located approximately 2 blocks from the metro and is wheelchair accessible. RENTAL HOURS & RATES Standard Business Hours Rental Rates: Monday - Friday: 9 am - 5:00 pm: Full Venue - $250/hr with 4-hour minimal booking. After-Business Hours Rates: Monday - Friday: 5:00 pm - 10:00 pm: Full Venue - $350/hr with a 4-hour minimal booking. Saturday - Sunday 11:00 am - 9:00 pm: Full Venue - $400/hr with a 4-hour minimal booking. Nightlife Hours Rates: Monday - Thursday: 10:00 pm - 1:30 AM Friday - Saturday: 10:00 PM - 1:30 AM Full Venue - $600/hr with a 4-hour minimal booking. After-Hours Rates: Monday - Thursday: 2:00 AM - 7:00 AM Friday - Saturday: 2:00 AM - 11:00 AM Full Venue - $800/hr with a 4-hour minimal booking. PLEASE NOTE: - Pricing list above DOES NOT include staffing cost - All bar service must be provided by the venue. Exceptions will include an additional fee - While there is NO SMOKING in the main studio, there is a designated smoking area on the premises. - Have a Multi-Day/ongoing Event? ADDITIONAL STAFFING COSTS - An on-site manager, at a rate of $50./hr, is required for all events. - Venue security will be required for all Nightlife Hours and After-Hours Events, and any event we deem necessary, at a $30.00/per guard/per hour rate. One security guard will be required for every 20 guests.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
