All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

This beautifully designed space is perfect for music events, birthday parties, meetings, baby/bridal showers, book signings and more. This space comes fully equipped with a stage, projector, PA system, and cafe/bar seating. Plus, we have staff on-site and drink packages. The space is housed within a brand new building located near Hyde Park, blocks away from the green-line train and many bus stops. Perfect for a variety of events and corporate meetings. SIZE: 1000 sq ft main dining/meeting space 40-45 people seated 2 entrances 2 windows that open to outside Outdoor patio (seasonal) Large on-site parking lot (40+ spaces) plus free street parking SPACE: 2 JBL Speakers AC/Heat WiFi Blocks from the Green Line ‘L’ 24 bar stools 10 chairs (2) 6'buffet tables Stage large enough for full size band Projector w/ large wall to project on 2 restrooms Full PA system (speakers, soundboard, mics) AUX plug-in KITCHEN: Refrigerator Dishwashers RULES: No glitter or confetti allowed. Some furniture can be moved around. CATERING: Guests are welcome to BYO FOOD. No outside drinks are allowed. Guests have the option of a cash bar or purchasing a drink package SPACE ACCESS: Staff on-site to greet guests. You must staff your own event inclusive of load-in/set-up and load-out/exit. Please budget time accordingly and provide advance notice if you believe you need extra time. Early arrival/late departure will be billed in 30-minute increments. Cancellation Policy

Grace period
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
