About the Space

Large open-plan warehouse with raw, industrial charm that serves as the perfect multi-purpose space. Conveniently located in the heart of Culver City, this space is a hidden gem with unique amenities. We're happy to provide one flat hourly rate that covers all your party needs. This includes all tables and chairs in stock, any speakers/sound equipment for music, sufficient parking space, and a manager that will be onsite for your entire event to help you from start to finish. No bookings on Thursday evenings or Sunday morning/afternoon. We have regular standing bookings on those days each week. Pricing STARTS at $100 per hour and increases with the number of attendees. There is an abundance of free street parking in the area; I will send you a parking map before your event. The larger gated lot is joined to the venue space by a door. This makes load-in and load-out simple. You may have a food vendor or jumper set up outside. All other outdoor activities are subject to approval. Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Disposable gloves
  • Hand Sanitizer
  • Disposable masks / face coverings

Yes, I would book again.

We had a my son's 5th birthday here. Great communication throughout, especially Maggey Perfect size for 50ish guests. The space is clean and open, so you can dress it up however you like.

Maggey was extremely helpful in providing information about the venue and quick replies to any email or text message. There are staff members present during events in case you need any assistance. The space is clean and well kept.

Great experience from beginning to end. Maggey was very responsive, kind, and thorough with the booking process. Staff onsite during event was very helpful and flexible. The only drawback, which was not the location's fault, was that the day of our event, one of the local businesses occupied a lot of the street parking for the majority of the day. We were able to use the gated parking which worked out fine for an intimate event. Would definitely book again!
