About Musicians Choice Rehearsal Studio
Large open-plan warehouse with raw, industrial charm that serves as the perfect multi-purpose space. Conveniently located in the heart of Culver City, this space is a hidden gem with unique amenities. We're happy to provide one flat hourly rate that covers all your party needs. This includes all tables and chairs in stock, any speakers/sound equipment for music, sufficient parking space, and a manager that will be onsite for your entire event to help you from start to finish. PLEASE READ No bookings on Thursday evenings or Sunday morning/afternoon. We have regular standing bookings on those days each week. Pricing STARTS at $100 per hour and increases with the number of attendees. Please view the 7th photo on our listing for a full breakdown of pricing. Our maximum capacity is 70 total. This includes all guests and children, vendors, staff, etc. Thank you! There is an abundance of free street parking in the area; I will send you a parking map before your event. The larger gated lot is joined to the venue space by a door. This makes load-in and load-out simple. You may have a food vendor or jumper set up outside. All other outdoor activities are subject to approval. Outside food and non-alcoholic beverages allowed
You may hire a licensed vendor to grill food outside upon management approval. For example, past events have hired taco vendors, food trucks, pizza ovens, etc.

Microphones with stands included. Just let us know beforehand so that they will be ready for you. Our staff will be onsite to assist with setting up the microphones.
Mounted professional speaker system compatible with AUX or Bluetooth connections. A staff member will be onsite to assist with connecting your device to our system and ensuring you have the sound you want. You're welcome to bring a laptop, tablet, or other device. I recommend not using your phone to play music as you'll probably want to use your phone for pictures, etc., during your event.
70-inch Smart TV mounted in the warehouse. DirecTV cable box ready to go for your favorite sports games. Put photos on a USB drive for a slideshow or use an HDMI cable to connect to your device. Our staff is here to help!

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

I couldn't choose a better place! This space was perfect to celebrate my daughter's 18th birthday with friends and family I had 60 guest and there was still space for the dance floor and a DJ. My guest also liked the place and said it was perfect. Staff on that day of the celebration was there as well his name is Dan and he answered all my questions the day of the event so I wasn't left out alone. Nevertheless , the booking went very smooth! My host Maggey was amazing she made me feel welcome and went above and beyond for me to accommodate me! She was also very friendly from booking till the end of the event! I would definitely recommend this place for any celebration with friends and family staff will be there 100%.

Wonderful space that was perfect for my birthday with 50 people. Maggey and Dan were super helpful and made sure everything was ready for us. Guests loved the space. No issues with parking or sound on a weekend night. Overall great venue!

We had a party for my daughter's 17th birthday here, and the space was absolutely perfect. The provided sound system, microphone, tables and chairs made the process really easy. Maggey was super responsive and easy to work with. I would reserve this space again in a heartbeat for any future events.
