About the Space
Formerly a motorcycle shop and before that a lumber yard, our space was recently converted into an office/lounge space. Located on vibrant East Cesar Chavez Street, we are 1 mile from downtown and 5 miles from the airport. Excellent for meetings, events, happy hour's, film shoots, etc. Large conference/dining tables, multiple comfortable seating areas, bar, separate glass walled conference room, kitchenette, outdoor patio, and recording studio. We share the building with Intero restaurant, who can provide custom food options for your event. Tastefully decorated with multiple lighting options. I guarantee you (from experience) that the pictures don't do this space justice. Feel free to contact me and come by to tour the space and see if it will fit your needs.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. This is a fantastic event space. It was perfect for a small gathering and allowed sufficient space for social distancing while still feeling intimate. The catering from Intero was superb and very convenient. Everyone had an excellent time. The only complaint was about the number of mosquitos in the outdoor space that drove everyone back indoors but since it was such a cool venue, no one minded.

Sam was an excellent host. Fantastic communication throughout. Admittedly I was nervous as there hadn't been any reviews yet, but any worries were quickly dissipated and laughable in hindsight. Our group of 16 were very comfortable in these modern, yet rustic digs for our Exec Offsite. Although it lasted a full day, the space was so nice, we had a hard time leaving! Another bonus that I look forward to taking advantage of next time we book: Intero Restaurant is essentially next door, making this the perfect choice for a dinner event.
