There is full bathroom. This home boasts a beautiful back patio. Kitchen: All lux stainless steel appliances. Laundry: in unit Other Amenities: - Air Conditioning - Dining Room - Dishwasher - Dryer - Hardwood Floors - Freezer - Garbage Disposal - Living Room - Pantry - Patio Balcony - Refrigerator - Storage Space - Washer - Range/Oven - Skylight - Stainless Steel Appliances - Vaulted Ceiling Parking: 3 off street parking spaces. There’s additional parking available right outside the home where production crews can park in close proximity. All high end fixtures, (lighting, faucets etc). This town home is a great space for photo shoots and productions. For an additional fee, we have optional features available to you: - In house coffee services: $2/head - Flatware to serve your crew - Audio Equipment: $20 There will always be an on-site manager present in case you need any assistance throughout your booking.
