The following is a list of rules and regulations to be upheld by Client(s), who are involved in the use of the premises. All rental times include set up and tear down time. Guest are responsible for setting up the space. Host is not responsible for any items left onsite.
(a) Loitering: Absolutely NO loitering outside of the venue. You and your guest will kindly be asked to stay inside of the venue unless smoking in the designated smoking area.
(b) Parking: All vehicles associated in any way with the event must be parked within the parking lot. No vehicles shall be parked on any other lawn surface unless granted permission by the owners.
(c) Candles: All candles must be contained or enclosed in glass. The flame must not reach higher than 2 inches below the height of the glass.
(d) Pets: No pets whatsoever are allowed.
(e) Event Ending Times: All events must end by 11 pm on Friday - Sunday evenings, 9 pm on Monday - Thursday evenings to comply with sound ordinances and in order to allow for cleanup and closure of the site by midnight.
(f) Decorations: Decorations may not be hung with nails or screws in the venue to prevent damage to the venue. All decorations must be removed without leaving damages directly following the departure of the last guest unless special arrangements have been made between the Client(s) and the venue. Damages to (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace.
Note: The use of birdseed and blowing bubbles is permitted only outside for wedding and reception farewells. Rice, confetti, flower petals glitter, pyrotechnics, and sparklers are not permitted inside or outside the venue.
(g) Music: All music must end by 9 pm on weekdays and 11 pm on weekends to comply with sound ordinances.
(h) Smoking: This is a non-smoking venue. Smoking will be permitted only in designated areas outside.
(i) Children: All children under the age of 16 MUST be supervised at all times!
(j) Liquor / Beverages / Illegal Substance: Alcohol may not be served to minors. Illegal substances are not allowed at any time on the premise. Drunken/Violent disturbances are prohibited and subject to immediate removal from the premise and possible termination of the event without refund. No Red Wine permitted in the facility.
(k) Furniture: Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs.
(l) Cleaning / Damage: Guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Any bulk trash is asked to be placed in the large dumpster outside of the venue. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours.
(m) Overtime: Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate.
(n) Capacity: The venue capacity is 50 guest. Security is provided and required for events with 31-50 guest. Events booked for 1-30 guest but have more than 30 guests arrive will be charged a $100 fee to the credit card on file.
(o) The 321 Space has a ring camera located inside the space. The camera is not streaming to us but is sending all footage into the cloud for when a incident may occur. When booking the space you accept and acknowledge that you know about the camera.
