Guest who has booked the event must be present for the entire event and is in charge of all guests, their conduct, and is responsible for informing them of the rules. The number of guests should not exceed the number listed when we accepted your booking. Guests must stay within the space (unless using the restroom) and are NOT allowed on any other floor of the building. BOOKING TIMES/OVERTIME Rental time includes setup, cleanup, and breakdown time. We ask that you include enough time for setup and breakdown in your booking times. The space must be vacated (including vendors and guests), and all items brought must be removed by the end of your booking reservation. The space must be returned to the condition in which it was provided. Booking extensions will be billed at 1.5X the regular rate. FOOD & BEVERAGE Outside food and beverage are allowed. Guests must notify the venue coordinator of any food, beverage, and equipment deliveries. FURNITURE Please notify us in advance (no later than 48 hours prior to your rental time) if you plan to use any equipment (such as a projector or TV Monitor) or if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES Excessive or unnecessary noises that are a menace to the residents' welfare, and prosperity are prohibited. No weapons, illegal drugs, and illegal activities. No open flames or burning of candles. No smoking or vaping in the building. No alcohol selling. No walking around outside the booked space. The renter/guest is responsible for ensuring all guests vacate the property by the end of the reservation. CLEANING / DAMAGES The cleaning and facility fee is an additional $150; however, guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space. We ask that guests clean the space before they leave. Guests must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in and factor in the setup and teardown time in your booking hours. Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples, or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. AFTER EVENT: • Must throw out all trash in provided trash bags, then take all trash out to the trash room (next door). • Make sure there are NO LIQUIDS or half-filled beverages thrown out in the trash bag. Everything on walls must remain as is and not removed or damaged. In general, we do not book paid-ticket parties. We do not book any events where tickets may be purchased either at our door or inside our space.
