Due to COVID max capacity is 10. Newly renovated, large, bright and spacious event space suited for any kind of professional or private gatherings. This space can fit up to 100 people. Our 2200 foot square space is located on the 4th floor, with 11 ft. high ceilings, designed with white walls, wooden floors and big windows giving lots of natural light. The space can be configured with multiple chairs and table layouts. You are welcome to set up a time to come and check it out for yourself ahead of time to make sure it is exactly what you need and start planning your event. You may visit any time Mon-Fr as long as the space isn't being used for another event. Just let us know the best date and time for you to come by and we will make it happen. Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Great communication, beautiful space, space was occupied for my sons 1st birthday and the projector was one of things I definitely wanted at the venue and the fact it was free of charge was cool!! I've rented from this platform several times and have put on many events and this was by far my best experience and my favorite space. I plan to have many of my events here for my nonprofit and my new app. The space is so versatile and has so many helpful elements that you could host any event there. Highly recommend.
