We do have professional light equipment, a hexagonal lights, reflectors, v-flat, umbrellas and additional accessories for all kind of lighting requirements.

well is very good that in our place we cannot hear our neighbors, its not a busy streets and isn't trough traffic around here, AC is very quiet, we have relaxing music playing in all our installations all the time, it can be interrupted only upon request.

we do have a door garage and a ground main door, not steps or stairs on the way.

we do have a wardrobe area, and makeup stations,

Kitchen, main office, lobby and other rooms are available for shooting too. also the bathroom and its shower are ready for your wet shoots ideas!

Studio Access:** - Our studio is located at 307 NW 10 Terrace, Hallandale Beach, FL, 33009. in the vibrant Hallandale Beach city. - Access details and door codes: Usually one of our studio managers will welcome you to our installations but in case we are not in the spot the code to use will be assigned.✅ **2. Studio Amenities:** - Backdrops: We offer a variety of professional backdrops to suit your creative needs. Please handle them with care. Only one color backdrop is included in our rates. It will be installed and ready to use. In case you need an additional color it will have a fee of $30 and will be replaced by one of staff members. - Lighting Equipment: High-quality lighting setups are available. Ensure you understand how to use them effectively and don't hesitate to ask for assistance. We count with two flashlights 400w with a universal trigger. And three constant LED lights are also available for your use. **We offer professional assistance with lighting for $55 per hour** - Props and Equipment: We have a selection of props and equipment available for your use. Please return them to their designated places after use. **3. Booking and Hours:** - Our studio is available for rent by the hour. Be mindful of your booking duration. - Booking Extensions: If you need more time, please check availability and extend your booking in advance. **4. Cleanliness and Maintenance:** - We take pride in maintaining a clean and organized studio. Please help us keep it that way by cleaning up after your session. - If you encounter any issues or notice any equipment that needs attention, inform us immediately. **5.
