The Photography space contains a newly remodeled larger photography studio with high ceilings and a balcony. It has a smaller Studio space at the other end of the facility. There are 4 lounge areas with couches and seating, a small client office that seats about 5. A balcony overlooks the studio space that will hold about 18 people with a large table that seats 10 with lounge and two additional tables. The facility has a brand new kitchen with gas and electric stoves, a commercial refrigerator, a large kitchen island and plenty of counter workspace. There are two new bathrooms. The entire space allows up to 35 people for a photo production. For Special Events or Meetings, see our other listings. The balcony and smaller studio can host board meetings and events. The larger space can accommodate programs up to about 75 - 80 people. Whether you are hosting a retreat, board meeting, cooking demo or need a photography rental studio with a posh kitchen, we have you covered. There is ample parking as well.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Rick's location is spacious and has a variety of shoot locations. It is a bit pricey, and I would have expected a studio, at that rate, to have set upper rolls and lights which were widely available.

I searched high and low for a venue to host my 30th birthday party in the Denver Metro Area and wasn’t having much luck. I found Rick’s charming photo studio and knew I had to check it out! From the get go Rick was very easy to work with, he let me do a walk-through and his willingness to work with my budget sold me- it was a no brainer! I loved everything about the space from the location, the parking accessibility for my guests, the layout, the eccentric decor throughout that matched my 90s theme perfectly. I was thankful to be able to bring in my own food, booze and DJ - not many event spaces allow that these days. Rick allowed me to shift my numbers at the last minute he helped me create my vision with room layout. The entire process was easy and I will be recommending his venue to friends and family.
