SERVE HOUSE is a boutique venue rental in the Dallas Area. We are unlike other spaces listed on Peerspace. Please read fully. PLEASE READ ALL HOUSE RULES PRIOR TO REQUESTING A BOOKING. It will answer the majority of your questions. Rules not followed will result in additional fees. No outside alcohol can be brought on premise. Bar packages start at a minimum of $250.00. If you are looking for a backyard party and wanting to bring in your own beverages, this is not the right option. Due to the high demand of our space, when booking include the full timeframe you need for setup, event and teardown. We often have multiple events in a day. If you want a full day block, contact host for pricing. We typically are not available for tours of the facility prior to booking as we have a full event schedule. Dates may be subject to availability as we use multiple booking calendars. Host will confirm date and time or give you alternatives. ABOUT THE VENUE: SERVE. is a coffee shop and cafe located in the charming walking district of Bishop Arts. The 1920s Craftsman home was remodeled into a bright and cheerful space. House provides multiple spaces that can be used for various uses. The indoor space (1000 sqft) features a large open room with glass double doors across that all open to the back patio and lawn. 1000 square foot wrap around patio and lawn space provide plenty of outdoor areas to create multiple looks and uses. The additional front room is great for catering, workshops, presentations, production team work space during shoots, a hospitality room for larger events, guest sign in or gift space for bridal or wedding showers, or merch space. The house is creates a flexible environment for parties, wedding, bridal, and baby showers providing a great flow for guests with a welcoming home style atmosphere. Perfect for business gatherings, socials, networking events, and mastermind groups, live music, small, intimate concerts. Best used for events where your guests can mingle and move around in and out. The space has been used for large scale production including cable TV programming and commercials, as well as brand and product ads, photography, podcasts, teaching series, and social media content. Have out of town guests traveling for your event? There are several short term rentals and Airbnbs within walking distance to our property and the hotels of downtown Dallas are only a quick 8 minute Uber ride away! There are a few parking spaces in the back of the property best used for the hosts of your event and loading and unloading. A valet parking lot is across the street from the front of the building open Th-Sun. There is street parking and a large parking lot one block north and one block south of the location. Outside catering allowed. Beer, Wine, Coffee, Tea offerings available. No outside alcohol allowed. Beverage packages start at $250. Contact host for more information.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Had the most unforgettable night at this venue. It’s truly beautiful and perfect for hosting events. Tons of outdoor space for games and seating and entertainment. Great speaker system. Beautiful plants and tables. Some parking in the back. Everyone was blown away who attended the event at how awesome the venue was. Our staff member, Haley, was extremely helpful and attentive. I give the whole experience an A+
