NOTE: Peerspace Lists our base price/hr in the field. When you select your time and date it will show you the actual rate. Base rate is for dates with less demand, weekend prices has a regular base rate of $150/hr currently and will be going up soon. Holiday Season will have its own rate based on demand. We typically are not available for tours of the facility prior to booking as we have a full event schedule. ABOUT THE VENUE: SERVE. is a coffee shop and cafe located in the charming walking district of Bishop Arts. The 1920s Craftsman home was remodeled into a bright and cheerful space. House provides multiple spaces that can be used for various uses. The indoor space (1000 sqft) features a large open room with glass double doors across that all open to the back patio and lawn. 1000 square foot wrap around patio and lawn space provide plenty of outdoor areas to create multiple looks and uses. The additional front room is great for catering, workshops, presentations, production team work space during shoots, a hospitality room for larger events, guest sign in or gift space for bridal or wedding showers, or merch space. Total venue indoor and outdoor space is 6,000 square feet. Indoor and outdoor sound system. The house is creates a flexible environment for parties, wedding, bridal, and baby showers providing a great flow for guests with a welcoming home style atmosphere. Perfect for business gatherings, socials, networking events, and mastermind groups, live music, small, intimate concerts. Best used for events where your guests can mingle and move around in and out. The space has been used for large scale production including cable TV programming and commercials, as well as brand and product ads, photography, podcasts, teaching series, and social media content. Have out of town guests traveling for your event? There are several short term rentals and Airbnbs within walking distance to our property and the hotels of downtown Dallas are only a quick 8 minute Uber ride away! There are a few parking spaces in the back of the property best used for the hosts of your event and loading and unloading. A valet parking lot is across the street from the front of the building open Th-Sun. There is street parking and a large parking lot one block north and one block south of the location. Outside catering allowed. Additional PA system can be rented for $125. Beer, Wine, Coffee, Tea offerings available. A barista or bartender can be added for $12/hr plus your beverages. Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Awesome space and service! I hosted my sisters baby shower here and she and the guests loved it! We all enjoyed the aesthetic and coffee. We continuously got compliments on the event and for the beautiful space. Both the owner and barista were there to greet us and help out! The barista went above and beyond! Haley helped with hosting, cleaning, providing full service, and made the most delicious lattes, coffees, and teas! My expectations were exceeded and I could have been more satisfied! Wonderful space!!!

This is an extremely unique and fun venue. You have the opportunity to utilize the inside of the shop as well as the outside. I reserved this place for a bridal shower and it couldn't have been a more fun experience. Brad is so professional, courteous, communicative and incredibly awesome. He always responded quickly to all my questions. He was flexible and I couldn't have asked for a better person to work with. I highly recommend this venue for any event that you want to organize. We were able to decorate the event space and cater our own food. Not only that it's in the heart of the bishop arts district!

We hosted our rehearsal dinner here, and it was the perfect venue! There are multiple areas inside and outside to hang out, and the patio is very spacious. We had around 40 people and we fit comfortably. The host and bartender were all great to work with. Would recommend this space for anyone.

We had our wedding here with about 40 people and it was perfect! There was plenty of space to spread out inside and outside. Brad was super helpful with answering all of our questions before the event and the bartenders/servers Haley and Cecilia were incredible!! Everything was clean and looked just like the photos. Would definitely recommend this space!

This place was just perfect for the baby shower I hosted! We loved how spacious it was outside - perfect for social distancing which helped everyone feel so comfortable. We didn’t even need to bring anything to decorate since it is just so charming. If I have another event I will definitely remember this place! I remember coming to the coffee shop when it was open to the public and I loved it then. I think it’s even more special now to be able to rent it out! It’s just adorable!! Haley was also so great and helpful. The drinks were perfect and zero complaints from our guests!
