Large open-plan warehouse with raw, industrial charm that serves as the perfect multi-purpose space. Conveniently located in the heart of Culver City, this space is a hidden gem with unique amenities. We are also able to assist with renting from the simple (tables, chairs, tablecloths) to the larger, more creative items, like AV, stages, photo equipment, rugs, decorating items like lighting and wall hangings, anything, for your party, music video, showing, or shoot. Events we have hosted at our space: - Photo shoot - Music video - Youtube video filming - Band showcase - Baby shower - Birthday party - Film premiere - Dinner party - Celebration of life - Dance party We will do whatever we can to make the booking and planning process easier for you. Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Disposable gloves
  • Hand Sanitizer
  • Disposable masks / face coverings

We had a my son's 5th birthday here. Great communication throughout, especially Maggey Perfect size for 50ish guests. The space is clean and open, so you can dress it up however you like.

Maggey was extremely helpful in providing information about the venue and quick replies to any email or text message. There are staff members present during events in case you need any assistance. The space is clean and well kept.

Great experience from beginning to end. Maggey was very responsive, kind, and thorough with the booking process. Staff onsite during event was very helpful and flexible. The only drawback, which was not the location's fault, was that the day of our event, one of the local businesses occupied a lot of the street parking for the majority of the day. We were able to use the gated parking which worked out fine for an intimate event. Would definitely book again!
