All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
The Mansion, designed by architect William F. Curlett, is virtually unchanged pre-fire homes of San Francisco. We have three elegant dining chambers, a bar and a patio area available for for private celebrations. Each dining chamber can accommodate 30 -35 individuals at a time. The Galleria Chamber is the main front when we enter the house. The room is ornamented with artwork and antiques from our owner’s private collection. The Dali Chamber named after Salvador Dali has 12 painting in his manner. This room enjoys lots of sunlight during the day. Ideal for brunch events The Wine Chamber also adores several paintings and has a fireplace. Ideal for a closed dinner.

We do have parking space available on site. However, we have limited capacity. Hotel guests get priority.
There is street parking available outside the Mansion.
Also, there are two parking lots a block away from the Mansion.
General Rules
No smoking in the building

All rentals include setup and teardown time; please inquire for details about staffing
Furniture must not be moved.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

This venue is gorgeous and was an absolute pleasure to work with. Mansion on Sutter staff worked seamlessly with our outside caterer and went over and above won hospitality towards our guests. I would highly recommend this space for your next function.
