We loooovvvee seeing our home in print or on the big and small screen. We are very production-friendly. Each floor has four oversized bay windows at the front that allow tons of sunlight in. There are multiple sets of double French doors that can be opened to allow for long shots with depth. The rooms are almost 20x20 which means you have space to move around and maneuver. There are intricate and ornate moldings and stained glass. The place is well furnished with lots of texture and pops of color to spice up the soft gray walls and white moldings. Several chandeliers, high ceilings, original hardwood floors, and grand staircases all have the potential to add character. There are 7.5 bathrooms on site. The suites can double as housing or holding talent. We are located on a wide, quiet, tree-lined block with ample parking --normal parking on one side and angled back-in parking on the other. We are across the street from serene always empty Brower Park in case you need outdoor green shots. There is an alternate side of the street parking so if you time it right and get there early you can lock down all of the prime time spots for (un)loading. The stores and restaurants of Nostrand Ave or Fulton Street are 3-4 blocks away if you’ve forgotten something or need to break away for lunch or quickly order delivery. The C and 3 trains at Kingston.
