Negative Space rents facilities for group classes, private training, workshops, photo/video shoots, and gatherings. Located minutes from downtown with ample parking. Facilities include a concrete floor, two full bathrooms, a full kitchen and a back prep kitchenette out of sight, and lots of windows. Tables are not included; we do have approximately 20 meeting chairs.

My husband and I could honestly not have asked for a better experience with Ashley and Jesse! First of all, their kindness and understanding for our circumstances will never be forgotten and my husband and I will always be extremely, sincerely grateful. The space itself was perfect. The location was very convenient and the parking was great for everyone. Our guests kept complimenting the space and how amazing it was with the convenient bathrooms and kitchenette as well as plenty of space to store things during our party. In fact a couple of guests said they'd keep this space in mind for any events they may have in the future! We were able to get so creative with the set up and we and our guests absolutely loved the ample space. We had some children at our baby shower and the kids definitely loved being able to run around! I would highly rate this space to anyone looking for a large, flexible space, convenient location, awesome amenities, and super friendly and accommodating hosts!

This space was absolutely perfect for what we needed. We held a small ceremony for my cohort (75 attendees) and the layout and tables/chairs were perfect for it. It was clean and was very easy to set up/break down. The Hosts were great and extremely timely in their responses.
