All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
Gorgeous European style loft with modern amenities and mid-mod interior, historic brick walls & expansive 16 Ft. ceilings. Luxurious king bed, complimentary coffee, high speed internet, SmartTV. Lush plants create a peaceful urban oasis. Private, key code access gated courtyard with restaurant & bar. Reserved automatic-gated parking space included. Central location, 4 blocks to downtown, 4 blocks to Coors Field, and a 4 blocks to hip Larimer/Rino food/bar district! The Loft is located in the historic Paris Hotel Building, and shares a courtyard with The Lobby restaurant. A beautiful garden courtyard separates your door from the street and outdoor seating for the bar. The space has been designed for world travelers, couples, romance, sports fans & working professionals. The apartment has high speed Wifi, Roku, Bose speakers with aux cord, & cell phone chargers. Adjustable thermostat & controls for AC/Cooler. Fans & white noise machine also provided. The kitchen is stocked with necessities for cooking delicious meals. BBQ grille & Garden seating directly outside of the kitchen. There is a full sized bathtub and shower, with separated bathroom facilities. The lofted bedroom has a washer and dryer, complete access to storage shelves & hanging area for clothing. Due to the urban nature of the area there is a street noise throughout the day and night. Also being in center city, there is also a local homeless shelter near by with occasional loitering near the building. Just advising if this may be a concern for you. We have never had any issues at all! Ear plugs & a white noise machine are also available for your comfort.

General Rules
The space is available for events but not for parties. Please feel free to inquire about specific booking. Smoking is not allowed inside the unit. Guests may use the courtyard just outside the front door of the loft for smoking.
Please leave the space as it was upon arrival.
OVERTIME
Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate.
CLEANING / DAMAGES
Cleaning fee is $75, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours.
Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace.
FURNITURE
Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs.
MISCELLANEOUS
There is no smoking allowed in the space. No glitter or confetti can be used. There is no open flame or frying allowed on site or any cooking that will create a large amount of smoke as our facility is not ventilated.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Yes, I would book again.
Our crew loved the space, aesthetically and function wise. However, there was construction nearby and we were there to do a filmed interview, this became problematic. We did not ask prior about noise level, but it seems like this is something the host should have flagged to us, knowing that we were there to film.
