Spacious/Cozy Muti-Purpose Urban Space

Treat this home as you would your own, with care. No smoking/pets. No showering or bathing on premise. The additional room, if booked, is not intended for sleeping arrangements. It is merely a space to change clothes or put on makeup in privacy, if needed. Outside catering can be allowed with approval, but cleanup is imperative. No loud, offensive music or language, because this is a relatively quiet community. Cleanup is required after use. No firearms allowed on the premises. Setup and cleanup must be completed within the time booked. The house must be cleaned up and restored to its original booking condition. Someone from our group will be present on the premises during the entire event. NO underage drinking. This place is not intended for children’s parties. If an adult happens to bring a child to this location, children cannot be left unattended under any circumstances!!! You are liable for your children’s care, wellbeing and any damages that occur.
