Free street parking

Plenty of free parking on-street -- we are in a residential neighborhood. If needed, we can arrange for driveway access for loading/unloading so you may pull directly up to the cottage.

There is a large south-facing window in the main space with a smaller window in the kitchen. The bedroom area has one south and one west-facing window. There are four skylights in the main space, so on a sunny day early afternoon is brightest. The bedroom has blackout curtains on the windows and for the doorway as well. The main space has curtains on the large window.

The space is well insulated so noise from outside is minimal. The bedroom area has the best acoustics since it's smaller and has blackout curtains that are also sound-dampening. Appliance noise would come from the refrigerator and ductless heat/AC (only when on).

Ground Floor

We have double entry doors and no stairs to entry. A cart could easily be rolled down the driveway through the doors.

Bedroom and bathroom can both be used for this purpose

There are outlets throughout the space.

No smoking on the premises, no pets/animals allowed. Outside catering is allowed. Subject to residential noise ordinances.

Furniture cannot be removed from the building without prior approval, wall decorations may be take down as long as everything is put back when finished.
