For small crews for filming or photo shoots, meetings, conference room, other activities: 4 hour minimum for Friday, Sat, Sunday. 3 hour minimum for Mon - Thursday. $55/hr, $450/day Event Pricing for art shows, birthday parties and other events please check the events tab for pricing. Multi-use space has 25 feet high industrial arched ceilings with exposed wood beams, 14' high white walls, and concrete floors. Partial Kitchen- no stove, Bathroom with shower, beautiful patio. This is the ideal space for small photoshoots and filming. There is no charge for the time to remove your exhibit although it should be done in two hours or less so plan accordingly.
