About the Space
Studio available for film and photo production. Ideal for smaler groups. Each studio is equipped with a sound system, DJ lighting, viewing windows, security cameras, and floating floors to prevent fatigue. Our beautiful lobby has Free WIFI, and is a great place to hangout with others, or do some work. For our kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator, but we also offer vending machines with snacks and drinks. Our parking lot is right in front of our building, with additional overflow parking if needed. We are conveniently located near Fred Meyer, Thatchers coffee shop, a hair and nail salon, and multiple restaurants.

General Rules
OVERTIME
Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate.
CLEANING / DAMAGES
Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours.
Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace.
FURNITURE
Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs.
MISCELLANEOUS
There is no smoking allowed in the space. No glitter or confetti can be used. There is no open flame or frying allowed on site or any cooking that will create a large amount of smoke as our facility is not ventilated.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Created cleaning schedule to clean and sanitize between each booking
Spaced out bookings to allow airing out
Turned on ventiltion systems for frequent outside airflow with filtration system
Disinfecting of high touch surfaces between each group
Created sanitation stations through in each room.
Keep soap and paper towels stocked in restrooms
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
