All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
This is a cozy natural light studio where you can produce anything you need from product shots, commercials, social media creative content, fashion shoots and many other things! There is also a bathroom connected to the room which can also be used during the photoshoot. We have backdrops, studio lights, reflectors, and speed lights all included in the cost of the rental.

We have ample parking on the street and in the parking lot.
Space does not have natural light
Lighting description
There is not natural light as we are in a controlled studio space in a basement. We have continuous lights, strobes and diffusers to help create whatever lighting affect is needed.
Space is not soundproof
Ambient noise description
It's normally pretty quiet in the neighborhood, you can't hear neighbors and we aren't on a busy street. You also cannot her appliances or anything else.
