Welcome and thank you for coming by! ***THERE ARE A FEW DETAILS / RULES ABOUT OUR SPACE DOWN BELOW UNDER THE DESCRIPTION to make everything run very smoothly for you, please scroll down and check them out - thank you! ***DESCRIPTION OF THE SPACE: "Set-Ready" staged space great for parties, holiday parties, weddings, wedding receptions, birthday parties, 70s themed parties, photo shoots, video shoots, film shoots, stylish hip celebrations, entertaining, holidays, meetings, team building, networking events, meetups, baby showers, live music (please talk to us first) and showcases. A photographer's and filmmaker's dream with different themed rooms (tiki jungle room green room/dressing room, 60s retro blue room, 70s retro living room, jungle etc.) Huge backyard with extra large 3'-10' deep saltwater lap pool, palm trees, lounge chairs, lawn area, and additional cocktail bar. Our backyard accommodates big events with large number of guests. Large (22'x33') unique family room 70s style decor with rare sunken couch seating area and huge stone fireplace | firepit area covering a 16' wall. Awesome 70s stone cocktail bar, 12' ceilings. Room has 16' ceilings if standing in sunken fireplace lounge. ***Main Family Room area above can also double as a Dance Floor area, all furniture can be moved. Can easily fit 100 dancers. Sound system can also be set up in that room or a step up near entry way. ***PRINCE ROOM! Our purple tribute to the icon Prince! Large (35'x25') living room with 70s motif / art lounge. Kitchen and Dining Nook. There is a large empty mini fridge available for your exclusive use behind the bar. Full fridge is not provided, let us know in advance if you need additional shelves for a cake, ice, etc. 2 full bathrooms with showers. Dressing Room | Chill Room also doubles as Jungle Tiki Themed Room for Photo/Video Shoots Gated RV Parking on the side of the house can accommodate a taco truck, etc. !

HOUSE INFO - thank you for your understanding! ***PLEASE NO TICKETED EVENTS, NO CASH APP PARTIES*** hey guys, we're not zoned for any private or public "ticketed" events. You can bring alcohol into the space but please don't sell it. (Please see info about insurance below to bring in alcohol.) Thanks for your understanding! NO OVER CAPACITY ATTENDANCE 80 Person Limit Please. We ask that you please pay the correct price tier for the actual amount in attendance. Thank you! CAPACITY RULES If you pay for a certain number of attendees and end up having more than that, please make sure that you talk to us so we can adjust your agreement to the higher hourly for the corrected or increased attendance. NO CONFETTI IMPORTANT REGARDING ALCOHOL and INSURANCE It is now required by Peerspace to purchase event insurance with or without alcohol. Here's the company that Peerspace recommends: https://www.theeventhelper.com/ It's very inexpensive and covers you :). Typically it's anywhere from $60-$100. Totally worth it! GETTING ACCESS TO THE SPACE ON EVENT DAY There’s no code to get in. We will be here to let you in and get you settled! REGARDING SMOKING & VAPING Please no smoking cigarettes, marijuana, or cigars inside or in the front yard. Also no vaping inside. Smoking or vaping outside in the backyard is permitted. PARKING Please let your guests know to park in our semi-circle driveway which fits about 10 cars, and if there's no room there, park in the huge dirt field next to our house. Please don't park on the street, block neighbor's driveways or park in front of their homes if you can avoid it. SET UP AND BREAKDOWN TIME Your set up before and your cleaning time after needs to be included in the hours you book. If you need chairs/tables etc. dropped off ahead of time or picked up the next day, please let us know in advance...it's no problem to do that :). LOAD OUT Please be completely out of the space by the time you specify, we have film shoots that typically come in early the next morning so we have to start cleaning and prepping once you’ve left. 10pm is the latest we go on weekdays and 11pm is the latest we go on weekends. Please give yourself enough time to clean and load out by the time specified. END TIME If you go over your specified end time by 15 minutes, it's not a problem. If you go over by 30 minutes or more, and if you haven't spoken to us first...we'll just add the time on through Peerspace after your event and they'll inform you of the extra time amount. Peerspace makes it really easy to just add the extra on if you need to go over and we won’t charge you an overtime rate, it’ll just be regular hourly rate! ADD-ONS If you end up needing add-ons the day of your event, it's not a problem. We'll calculate them and Peerspace will notify you of the extra add-ons to be paid. COOKING If you are planning to cook or use kitchen, please bring your own cookware, utensils, plates, coolers, ice chests, etc. We also provide 2 ice chests of ours that you can use. There is no access to full fridge unless previously agreed upon. We also provide microwave, oven, toaster oven, coffee maker, sink, stove. *If you plan to use oven and stove to cook in the house instead of having food brought in, there is just an extra clean-up charge of $50 located in the Add-ons section. Thanks! CATERING & RV PARKING For your convenience if you're having a taco truck cater your event or some other type of catering, they can pull in through our side gate into the backyard and park in RV parking! BARWARE Please bring your own cups for alcohol. We don't provide barware. NOISE We're in a residential zone, so please no hanging out or making noise in the driveway or front of house...unless of course you are shooting scenes in the front :). MUSIC Regarding music, we have a really great powered speaker that's included with your booking - you just need a phone or anything with a headphone jack to hook up to it. If you are playing music inside, any volume is fine. If you are playing music outside we just ask that you keep the volume level down so neighborhood isn't bothered :). If you're wanting music both inside and outside (2 separate speakers,) you can add on the bigger sound system in the add-on section. FURNITURE You can move the furniture around the rooms at no charge but if you need to move furniture, art, and objects out of a room or out of the house entirely, please come prepared to have your own crew move it out and move it back into the house. There is a $150 Reset fee if you want us to put the room or rooms back together (which is located in the Add-ons section.) ***WALK THRUs Please note, we have a policy of one complimentary walk-thru if you want to see the space before booking. If you need to come a 2nd time or more before your event to check things out, there is a $50/each charge for additional walk-thrus (that charge can just be added to your booking.) Thank you! CLEANING / DAMAGES Guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and tear down time in your booking hours. TAKE CARE No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. MISCELLANEOUS No glitter or confetti please. There is no open flame allowed on site or any cooking that will create a large amount of smoke. Let us know in advance if you will be using the firepit in the backyard. Please no PETS, DRUGS, OVERSIZED OUTDOOR INFLATABLES (water slides, bouncy houses). Please refer to Peerspace’s Terms and Conditions for all other rules. THANK YOU!

Let me just say that this space is even better than expected. Everything exceeded expectations, from the vibe of the house, the decor, and above all how helpful the hosts were. We had some last minute changes with where we wanted the sound system placed and everything was moved for us without hesitation. The duo who run this are super friendly, kind and have the touring expertise to put on an amazing event. Several people at our event asked about this place as it blew their minds! What a unique treasure!! You will not regret booking here. We'll hopefully be back again!
