Welcome and thank you for coming by! ***THERE ARE A FEW DETAILS / RULES ABOUT OUR SPACE DOWN BELOW UNDER THE DESCRIPTION to make everything run very smoothly for you, please scroll down and check them out - thank you! ***DESCRIPTION OF THE SPACE: "Set-Ready" staged space great for parties, holiday parties, weddings, wedding receptions, birthday parties, 70s themed parties, photo shoots, video shoots, film shoots, stylish hip celebrations, entertaining, holidays, meetings, team building, networking events, meetups, baby showers, live music (please talk to us first) and showcases. A photographer's and filmmaker's dream with different themed rooms (tiki jungle room green room/dressing room, 60s retro blue room, 70s retro living room, jungle etc.) Huge backyard with extra large 3'-10' deep saltwater lap pool, palm trees, lounge chairs, lawn area, and additional cocktail bar. Our backyard accommodates big events with large number of guests. Large (22'x33') unique family room 70s style decor with rare sunken couch seating area and huge stone fireplace | firepit area covering a 16' wall. Awesome 70s stone cocktail bar, 12' ceilings. Room has 16' ceilings if standing in sunken fireplace lounge. ***Main Family Room area above can also double as a Dance Floor area, all furniture can be moved. Can easily fit 100 dancers. Sound system can also be set up in that room or a step up near entry way. ***PRINCE ROOM! Our purple tribute to the icon Prince! Large (35'x25') wallpapered living room with 70s FUNKY motif / art lounge. (Great for photo shoots!) Kitchen and Dining Nook. There are two large empty mini fridges available for your exclusive use (one in the bar area and one in the backyard.) Backyard fridge is big enough to accommodate a cake. Access to full sized refrigerator is not available. 2 full bathrooms with showers. Dressing Room | Chill Room also doubles as Jungle Tiki Themed Room for Photo/Video Shoots Gated RV Parking on the side of the house can accommodate a taco truck, etc. ! Off-street parking in large semi-circle driveway and empty field next to the house! ***FURNITURE REMOVAL INFO: If you need us to move furniture out of a room entirely to make space for tables, dancing, etc. this must be cleared in advance before the day of your event so we can accommodate you. Please note that there is a $200 furniture reset fee located in the add-on section. ***FYI, if you don't want to pay a reset fee, you can move the furniture yourself around the Prince room and the main Fireplace Family room and Backyard at no charge, but please put everything back the way it was before you leave. Please don't drag furniture across the floors in any rooms so as not to damage them. Please have assistance and lift furniture up to move it. ***Also, NOTE: Please don't move any furniture around in the Wallpaper Room so as not to damage the floor. You must talk to us first and in advance about that specific room if you want to put tables in there :). Thank you for your understanding!

Alicia and Victor were the BEST hosts and the house couldn’t have been more perfect! They helped us set up the sound system, moved a sofa for more dancing space, accepted the flower delivery early, and the house was spotless! This magical and memorable home that Vic and Alicia so professionally and graciously make available to the public will go above and beyond all your expectations. Vic and Alicia are so friendly and they have amazing communication skills. You will not have any question unanswered. I recently threw my husband's 50th 1970s costume party at this place and i literally didnt want the party to end. It's as if the house loved my party vibe and brought my theme to life. I guarantee you and all your guests will feel comfortable and have nothing, but compliments regarding their experience. Make sure you take lots of pictures and videos because there are endless options to capture. The price you pay, in my opinion is more than fair so hurry up, go see this place in person and book your event, you will not regret it!!!

*highly recommend this host and venue!!* The host was super amazing!! We had many messages back and forth very promptly since the day of booking until the day of the event. The host was very thorough and thoughtful at addressing all my questions and concerns. The venue was even better in person than the already gorgeous photos online. It is amazing how this place had so much to offer! I loved how the host and this venue made it so easy to organize the event to our liking with a VAST selection of add-ons available. We organized a wedding after party at the venue for 3 hours with DJ and bartender (from the add-ons!). All of our guests loved the place and had such awesome time!
