Welcome to Petit Atelier "The Studio" (@petitatelieratl and www.petitatelieratl.com) a beautiful renovated modern loft (580 sq ft) in the heart of downtown Atlanta at The William Oliver building. Lounge on a beautifully preserved antique sofa in a sunny window. Classic millwork, a herringbone floor, and a gilt mirror bring an air of elegance to this remodeled space. Meanwhile, high ceilings and exposed ductwork maintain a loft-style vibe. We have a full kitchen, bed, closet, and bathroom for lifestyle shots. Need help consulting on a special project? Nearby parking garage rates are Underground/Five Points parking garage (15 Peatchtree St. #201) or the Hurt Plaza parking garage (33 Hurt Plaza SE) if street parking is unavailable. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND BRINGING A DOLLY/WAGON/CART AND ALLOWING AN ADDITIONAL 15-30 MINS FOR FINDING PARKING/ACCESSING THE UNIT. AVAILABILITY Schedule your rental time so that you allow time for travel, parking, check-in, set up, client meeting, session, and break down to happen WITHIN your allotted rental time (we suggest 15-30 mins prior and after). Overtime will be charged for late departures.

- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.

I just love this space. I came here a while ago with a wedding planner friend of mine for a shoot, but this was my first time booking this place on my own. Stunning decor, accommodating host, beautiful natural light. It's perfect! We found the best success parking close to the RAMP at the parking garage, and walking out the front of the garage, then down the blocks to get to the studio. Otherwise, you'll run into a broken elevator and feces-ridden stairwells... Atlanta has gotten weird, y'all. But this studio space?? GOLD. Beautiful building that can welcome high-end clients, plus a beautiful studio space to boot. Cheers!

Booked for a photo shoot and got a great deal for the price and time allotted. Incredible space with great views. Pictures do not do it justice. Entry into building and room was quick and easy. Really great space. Even on a rainy day it was well lit. Beautifully decorated and in a gorgeous historical building that is also very secure. Also handicap accessible with an elevator!
