  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

Large 800sq ft soundproof studio located in the Westloop, Our studio is perfect for interviews, podcast audio, and video recording, live streaming, audiobook recording, and radio show host. Booking includes four microphones, seating for up to 5 people, free street parking available, a convenient load-in process for production teams, and, most importantly, high-quality Mp3 recording. We also offer what we like to call "record and post" in house Hd video recording and live-streaming. Our special recording software gives us the ability to record with multiple camera angles, have logo & names on-screen branding, and so much more, no need for timely video editors or editing! In-house DJ equipment is available as an add-on for show usage. This add-on includes an extra microphone. Green, Black & white screen add-on available.

Cancellation Policy

Grace period
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
