About the Space

Host a great meeting or team building event in a beautiful and modern setting, located in the middle of the peninsula. With easy access from the 101 and 280, the location is ideal for commuters from San Francisco to San Jose. The open and spacious floor plan allows you to host either a small group session or a larger meeting. Collaborate by the fireplace on the couches or around the large board-table. There is a monitor to easily plug in your laptops for presentations and a whiteboard with flip charts to write out ideas. With different spaces in the house (dining room, kitchen, back patio), break out into smaller groups. There are floor to ceiling windows that slide completely open to give plenty of fresh air. This space is extremely versatile and can be tailored to meet your needs. Finish your day off with either a game of cornhole or spikeball in the backyard.

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:

  • Hand Sanitizer

Beautiful space! Looks even better in person than it does in the pics. We used the space for a docustyle shoot and it gave us just the look we were going for. TJ was a great host - very responsive, professional, and accommodating. Perfect experience all around - would definitely recommend!

TJ's place was amazing. Our startup hosted our first in-person offsite for a team of 8 and TJ's space was perfect. TJ was extremely was communicative and really easy to work with (we had some late timing issues). The location was spotless, had great wifi, a great TV to project and also a white board which we used for annual planning and ideation. The space also had multiple spaces - we used the living room for discussion, the dining area (table seats 10) for a group conference call with our investors and enjoyed lunch in the kitchen/outdoor area. We even took advantage of the amazing backyard for our team photos! 100% recommend this space for any offsite, company retreat. We're definitely coming back.

TJ's space was wonderful and she was a dream to work with. Highly recommend her space. Big takeaways: Works great if you're looking for separate areas (2x of them that can be separated if needed) for a meeting with 2x groups. Also works great for filming as you have ample room for staging and to move around and use longer lensing. Would rent again.

Our team of 7 used this location for a working session/offsite. The property is immaculate and beautiful. Our host was very thoughtful in her communications, full use of the front part of the house, treats and tea set up as well as a personal welcome. The outdoor area was very conducive for our team to eat and conduct our meeting. Although this was a home, the environment felt very professional. Thank you for letting us use your home to meet.
