This sprawling estate with pool is located on 5 acres with plenty of room for guests to enjoy each other or have their own space! inside or outside, if weather permits. Work and play! It is perfect for events such as business meetings, bridal and baby showers, retreats, photo shoots, or weddings! There’s endless possibilities! The house is about 10,000 sqft, with 7 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. There is also an attached 2 bedroom apartment USED FOR VENDORS ONLY FOR EVENTS. The tiered deck, pool and patio make it ideal for entertaining outside as well! Pool volleyball?? Big lawn games! Outside tent wedding - it can be done! **EVENTS INCLUDE 60” ROUND TABLES AND WHITE RESIN WEDDING CHAIRS FOR UP TO THE GUESTS PAID FOR**
