About the Space
The Loft is a open carpeted loft space, with high ceiling and tall windows letting in beautiful natural lighting. The loft is commonly used for Photo Shoots, Video Shoots, Set Design, small party gatherings and more. The Loft has a capacity of 40 People. This wide open space is able to be designed for many types of event, and able to be designed into multiple sets for photo shoots or video shoots.

Parking description
10 car gated parking lot attached to the building.
If lot is full there is free street parking on the block.
If street parking is full there is metered parking around the corner on the main street.

Lighting description
Nine 8 foot tall windows going around the entire room.
Windows can be covered with black shades to keep sunlight out or to keep light in.
The sun shines brightest in the loft between the hours of 10am-4pm
Space is not soundproof
Ambient noise description
Neighbors on the block are pretty much quite during night hours.
During the day time you are able to hear loud traffic noises such as car horns, trains, loud engines etc...
There is a church located behind the studio which can be heard during church hours on Sunday 10am-4pm.

Equipment loading description
The facility is a stairs only facility unfortunately we do not have a elevator. To arrive to the studios you must go up three sets of stairs.
Staging area is available
The makeup room or any other available studio. If no room is available, the loft can be separated into sections.
All rooms are available for shooting
Shooting the exterior of the building is not allowed
Electrical system description
There are six dual power outlets lining the walls of the loft. extension cables and power strips will be provided as well. Anything pulling large amounts of power such as Arri lights and other large electrical equipment will cause the circuit to break.

Security cameras and recording devices
Security cameras are present inside and outside of the facility two cameras covering the front and rear of the building. As well as two cameras inside the building one covering the main entrance and a second one in the hallway.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures
At EDEN we make sure to present the studio spaces to our clients clean and ready to use. Each studio is properly in between rental. Commonly touched surfaces are disinfected before the next client enters the studio. Upon arrival to the studio everyone must have on a face covering before entering the building. Upon entering the building each member of the session must sanitize hands at the sanitizing station before proceeding to the studio. During your session we ask that every one on set wear mask as well as gloves that are provided in the studio. The only people exempt from wearing face covering are the talent and photographers everyone else must have on a face covering at all times.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Disposable gloves
- Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:
