All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
Welcome to our spacious, vintage-designed downtown rooftop garden lounge, Full Furnished! This space features a concrete floor, low-profile, wrought iron perimeter with a spectacular skyline view. Rooftop comes with a 2600sqft artist loft holding area and 900sqft garden patio on 2nd floor. Smoking is allowed on patio and rooftop. FULL DAY RATES ONLY *willing to negotiate partial days and/or pending headcount and equipment used . Please submit all details of project. Wardrobe rack included. Street and side-lot parking available on both sides of building. Elevator access: 2 Lobby (2000lbs) 7'7"H 1 Freight (3000lbs) 8'5"H -located in back alley There is one stairwell to the rooftop lounge area from the top floor. Bathroom and kitchen located in loft space on 2nd floor.

Multiple parking options:
There's a loading zone in front of ground floor, lobby entrance and a loading zone in the rear area of the building located in the back alley for freight elevator use on the opposite side. Two adjacent paid parking lots on each side of the building, holding about 30 spaces each. There's also several paid parking lots of the same size and larger in the immediate area, over 6 lots within a 2 block radius, as well as metered parking throughout.

Insurance is required for rooftop and building access for all persons. Please submit all logistics of event, including lighting/sound equipment, catering, etc... so paperwork can be submitted for approval within our filming department at least 7 days (or more) prior to event.

There will always be an on-site representative available to answer any questions you might have. Keep in mind, event hours include setup and breakdown time and rooftop gate will be locked by security at closing times.

Must notify us if there will be any special event effects (smokers), which are allowable, but must be approved first. It is the Event Coordinator's responsibility to obtain insurance required.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
