Right next door is our other intimate studio, The Bungalow which features bold & photogenic colors. In addition to an exceptional shooting environment and professional business with staff on-site during your shoot, your hourly rental includes: • Furniture shown in our photos (which is subject to be updated without notice) • Light floors and curated colors that create an ideal backdrop for your creative projects • A photogenic daybed in The Bedroom that's styled to perfection, and a gorgeous sofa in The Bungalow for an apartment fee. • Private parking lot • Air conditioning STUDIO GUIDELINES (your shoot must be in line with the following): -All content must include NO nudity, be PG-13, and tasteful -Maximum of 3 adults (including photographer) and 3 children -No pets **** This intimate studio is ideal for very small photo productions, film productions, fashion & lookbook shoots, and content creation. This is not a space to bring a makeup artist, as there is no makeup station. We are located on the second floor and there is stair access only.
