Our intimate studio bedroom includes access to multiple looks in one beautiful space that is flooded with stellar natural light all day long. In addition to an exceptional shooting environment and professional business with staff on-site during your shoot, your hourly rental includes: • All furniture shown in our photos • Light floors and neutral colors that create an ideal backdrop for your creative projects • A photogenic daybed that's styled to perfection • Private parking lot • Air conditioning STUDIO GUIDELINES (your shoot must be in line with the following): -All content must include NO nudity, be PG-13, and tasteful -Maximum of 3 adults (including photographer) and 3 children -No pets **COVID-19 UPDATE** -Before accepting your booking, we require details about your shoot, so please provide that in your booking request. -If you are hosting multiple sessions within your rental time, we require ten minutes in between each shoot to clean the studio for your next client. We will clean it for you, but you should account for that time in your rental. -We require parties who are not in front of the camera to wear masks. We will provide them if you're unable to bring your own. Thank you for your cooperation during this time. **** This intimate studio is ideal for very small photo productions, film productions, fashion & lookbook shoots, and content creation. This is not a space to bring a makeup artist, as there is no makeup station. We are located on the second floor and there is stair access only.
