All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
Our intimate studio bedroom includes access to multiple looks in one beautiful space that is flooded with stellar natural light all day long. In addition to an exceptional shooting environment and professional business with staff on-site during your shoot, your hourly rental includes: • All furniture shown in our photos • Light floors and neutral colors that create an ideal backdrop for your creative projects • A photogenic daybed that's styled to perfection • Private parking lot • Air conditioning STUDIO GUIDELINES (your shoot must be in line with the following): -All content must include NO nudity, be PG-13, and tasteful -Maximum of 3 adults (including photographer) and 3 children -No pets **COVID-19 UPDATE** -Before accepting your booking, we require details about your shoot, so please provide that in your booking request. -If you are hosting multiple sessions within your rental time, we require ten minutes in between each shoot to clean the studio for your next client. We will clean it for you, but you should account for that time in your rental. -We require parties who are not in front of the camera to wear masks. We will provide them if you're unable to bring your own. Thank you for your cooperation during this time. **** This intimate studio is ideal for very small photo productions, film productions, fashion & lookbook shoots, and content creation. This is not a space to bring a makeup artist, as there is no makeup station. We are located on the second floor and there is stair access only. Parking description
We’re on the second floor in the PINK building where FLOW WATER AND ALPHA NAILS are located. A private parking lot is in the back and along the left side of the building. Our entrance door is in the front of the building between Flow Water and Alpha Nails.
General Rules
The studio will be assessed after use for damages, which may incur additional charges.
Food & drinks (other than water) must be left outside the studio due to the all white colors of our space.
Please tread lightly to keep our space pristine.
No candles.
No powders, paints, or glitter.
No smoking.
No pets.
No adult filming.
No crew shoes on rugs.

It's hard to come by a good studio and I was so excited to discover Spark Studios because of this. It had the right look (natural lighting, comfortable space, etc.) and a number of options. I shot my first session there yesterday and had a great experience! The space was just as pictured...clean, pretty, and accommodating, helpful hosts! Will definitely be booking more sessions here in the future and recommending it to any photog friends who need a good studio space.

I rented the bedroom at the spark studio for a bridal Boudoir session and all I can say is amazing! From right when we walked in to the very end was incredible! Chantel was so nice and welcoming and made us feel right at home! The studio we worked in was perfectly made for photographers, everything in it was beautiful! I can not wait to come back and shoot more!

Host was responsive and approved my booking quickly. They provided clear instructions on the parking and how to enter the building. Clear signs indicating the door for the studio. Once you enter you’ll be amazed at how bright and clean this place is! My client said she can’t wait to go back because the lighting is everything!
