About the Space

Open, bright one bedroom apartment decorated in a modern rustic style, with gold and wood grain details. The space works great for photoshoots involving less than 8 people, as a personal workspace or webinar / video background. The apartment is located in the hip Columbia Heights neighborhood in DC, close to several restaurants, bars and coffee shops. This includes the 11th street strip a block away from the location, as well as the popular U street area just a few blocks south.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
