Recently featured in Real Simple, Sunset Magazine, My Domaine, Rue Magazine and Apartment Therapy House Tours, this airy craftsman home offers comfort and style in one of the most coveted and centrally located neighborhoods in Berkeley. The home has been used in shoots for Chevy, Molekule Air, Parents Magazine, and Man Crates. The open floor plan leads into a bright, stylish kitchen. There is a sunny patio perfect for staging and craft services and a gated parking spot is included for easy loading.
We have one gated parking spot and there is plenty of easy street parking, but please note it is 2-hour and monitored closely. There is a parking lot for Alta Bates Hospital one block away.
No smoking, outside catering is allowed, furniture and decor can be moved with permission from the owners only. We ask that you respect the space and leave it as you found it and limit loud music / noise to respect our neighbors.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
