About the Space

The warm space blends wood and glass and steel in an eclectic yet contemporary manner. It is a great place to host an off-site, team-building, brainstorming, a product launch, networking event or leadership conference. You will have use of the full floor, and open and inviting space, over 1200 sq feet. Wide plank European Oak floors cover this space. We have super-fast wifi, Apple TV, ChromeCast, a Samsung OLED 55" TV on a full swivel arm for use. There is a restroom on this floor. A full modern light filled kitchen with large island can be utilized to help get the creative juices flowing. Step out onto the balcony in front and take in the city, bridge, and bay view to help find the solution to your problems. A Yamaha C3 grand piano complements the entertaining space and is available for use. The kitchen flows to the backyard paradise which offers an additional 2-3 breakout areas in an additional 500 Sq feet of outdoor space in relative privacy. Lounge around in the two chaise lounges to catch a few rays, or harken back to Candlestick Park in the 2 stadium seats (seats 20 and 21) available. The outdoor area is on the same level as indoors, allowing an easy flow in and out and throughout the space. An 8' long wet bar offers additional hosting options. The 19 and 10 muni buses are within a block, while the 22 is a few blocks away. Caltrain stop at Pennsylvania Station is a 15 minute walk away. The T-Line is 15 minutes by foot. Chase Center is 20 minutes by foot. Plenty of street parking is available, and secure bicycle parking is available in the garage. Please note that street cleaning is 9-11 Monday opposite side of street, and 12-2 Wednesday on our side of the street.

Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:

My first time booking through Peerspace couldn't have gone better. Mike was an excellent, kind host and was available to answer questions quickly throughout the photo shoot. The space is beautiful, exactly as advertised, and the espresso machine was a very appreciated touch. Checking in and out was a breeze. I would gladly book again!

I couldn't have asked for a better booking experience. We used the space for a business planning meeting over 2-days. It was a seamless process from start to finish. Mike is quick to respond to messages and answer questions. I didn't have to follow up once! Highly recommend.
