All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
This space named, "The Hussle Studio" is a gorgeous urban modern conference room located in the heart of the historic South Central LA neighborhood. This area is easily accessible by public transportation with the Expo Line nearby as well as the 10 & 110 freeways. The room is beautifully accommodated with polished concrete floors, huge 8-foot tall reclaimed wood doors, a large 10 person conference table, a 42-inch tv-screen, and a huge mural created by famous South Central artist Mohammed Mubarak. The Hussle Studio has room for additional chairs and can comfortably accommodate 15 guests. The Hussle Studio has amazing energy, and will definitely spark creativity and productivity. It also is a great space to take gorgeous photos for promoting your business or organization. This is the perfect space for meetings, classes, parties, presentations, study groups, workshops and more!

There is street parking as well as two free public parking lots.
General Rules
No smoking or alcohol allowed. Outside catering only allowed with advance authorization. Furniture must be moved back to where you found it. Guests must remove any equipment they bring into the space by the end of the booking.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
