About the Space
Brand New training facility in the Throgs Neck section of the Bronx with high end finishes, new tech, common area bathroom, kitchenette, etc. Great for classes, studio rental, recording studio, parties & more! Typical uses for this space include: team practices, rehearsals, auditions, castings, fittings, classes (private & group), video/photo shoots, etc. Amenities: Full length mirrors | Industrial Floor | Fog Machine | Uplights | Sound System | Wi-Fi Available | Ballet Barres | Security Cameras & Alarmed Door | Kids Area | Dry Erase Board | Smart TV | Mini Projector | Street Parking for Free and Metered Parking *Rental is for use of open space only - no equipment, supplies, etc. are provided. Lighting description
Floor to Ceilling Windows in the Front of Studio. The Front Studio has good natual light and can be blocked if need by lowering the gate on the outside to cover the front. Best natural light is from sunrise (time based on season) to 4pm-6pm EST.
Space is soundproof
Ambient noise description
We have some soundproofinig. The studio is just right of a busy main street in the Bronx. As such, not much noise from traffic etc. The studio is in the midle of two untis, one is vacant and not is use presently and the other unit is presently only open on weekends. Best time to rent our studio if you want limited to little noise is during the week Mon thru Fri.

Equipment loading description
No Loading Zone, but double parking is ok if vehicle is not left unattended. Studio is on a One Way street with metered and non-metered on street parking. Plenty of parking in the neighborhood. If you need to load and unload Studio is a groud level storefront. The street curb is the only issue when loading and unloading, no need for a ramp to our entrance, etc.
Staging area is available
Back Studio for crew, talent, makeup, wardrobe, etc. Main Studio for shoots, videos, etc.
All rooms are available for shooting
Shooting the exterior of the building is allowed
Electrical system description
The Studio has many outlets in both the Main and Back Studios. The circuit breaker may be flipped / reset as need for production, etc. However, this requires prior approval from us and only 1/2 person will be shown how to use the circuit breaker.

Furniture may be moved but MUST first be approved. Must be moved back to where you found it

We may depending on event timeframe, items being used in case of damge to space (i.e. floors, walls, mirrors, etc).

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
