All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
Modern luxury women's boutique located in the Galleria Mall area at Inwood and Galleria Road. This is an open space that provides lots of natural lighting. Great for intimate speaking event panels, baby showers, pop up shops for retail brands, photographers and production crews. Event coordinators are welcome We have a small refrigerated area with microwave for finger foods Champagne and candy bar area Overhead receiver speaker system with blue tooth capability Flower wall area with ring light for photo ops Shopify POS system Fitting rooms Steamer Wardrobe Racks Our space can accommodate 30-40 guests

General Rules
ALL BOOKINGS INCLUDE YOUR SETUP AND TAKE-DOWN TIMES (please plan accordingly)
OVERTIME
Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate.
CLEANING / DAMAGES
Guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests clean up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in along with any trash. A walk through is required before and after all bookings
No nails, screws, staples should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace.
FURNITURE
Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs. We require you have rubber or felt bottoms on legs of furniture to avoid damage to flooring.
FOOD/DRINK
Outside catering, food and drinks are allowed
ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES
The use or involvement of illegal substances is prohibited and will result in eviction from the property and may result in law enforcement participation.
MISCELLANEOUS
There is no smoking allowed
No glitter or confetti to be used
No large open flames or cooking that will create smoke our space is not ventilated.

A beautiful space!! So much detail put into it. Perfect for my music video. My videographer accidentally knocked down 2 shelves and we were charged an extra $160. So be careful about bumping into things. Was a lot smaller than expected but the pictures don’t do the space justice. It’s soooo beautiful. And angel was an amazing host! Sorry again about the shelves.

I loved this space ! I normally rent out house for my shoots but I went with something different tge last time and I’m so glad I did . The space was so cute abd perfect I cant wait to see how the space compliments the models in the edits ! The host was the sweetest and really great with communication would definitely suggest and book again

Angel was the most accommodating host I've dealt with on any platform. Much of the stress of planning a birthday gathering on short notice was alleviated by her professionalism and kindness. She was willing to show the place on extremely short notice and maintained a positive and pleasant demeanor throughout the entire process. The boutique was exceptionally clean and accurately depicted in the advertisement. Thanks for a beautiful experience.
