All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Conference room seats up to 10 located in Mill Valley with two walls of glass windows facing Richardson Bay for stunning views! The perfect place to meet, collaborate, and get inspired. Includes: - A large whiteboard - Epson PowerLite projector for presentations (Mac/PC compatible) - Conference phone - Super fast High-speed internet access - FREE coffee/tea/water - Printer access - Lounge/outdoor area - Kitchen Book your next meeting here, great for: - Discussion - Brainstorm - Training - Small workshops - Interviews - Day office - Demos We are located at the Hwy 101 Mill Valley / Stinson Beach Exit - Across the Highway from the Buckeye Roadhouse. The entrance to our parking lot is next to the Teak Wooden Lawn Furniture for sale. Parking available on any spot that says "reserve 100" or any unmarked spot. There are a number of great restaurants in the area who deliver.

Ample parking in the onsite parking lot. Please park in any stalls marked "100", in any unmarked stalls or in the "Visitor" spots if less than 2 hours.
General Rules
OVERTIME
Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate.
CLEANING / DAMAGES
Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours.
Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace.
FURNITURE
Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs.
MISCELLANEOUS
There is no smoking allowed in the space. No glitter or confetti can be used. There is no open flame or frying allowed on site or any cooking that will create a large amount of smoke as our facility is not ventilated.
